Twin Cities Hooky Day. Because why the hell not?
We’re planning a city-wide hooky day for mid January. Let me know if you have ideas for things to do or possible sponsors.
Right now we’re thinking we spend the day not working at America’s largest indoor water park, the Water Park of America (yup, it’s right next to the Mall of America). Imagine a couple hundred working stiffs with flabby holiday bellies and pasty white winter skin frolicking in the heated waters while their less fortunate coworkers stare at the internet all day.
(Speaking of wasting time on the internet, this place is surprisingly well-documented on Wikipedia.)
This is going to be the most ridiculous/ awesome thing I’ve ever been a part of. More soon.
